Mr. Casey started his retail career more than thirty years ago at age fifteen, working with Wal-Mart, Kmart, and Bass Pro Shops. Starting in store operations, he progressed from an hourly associate to store management to corporate office director, where he managed large teams of merchandise operations organizations. One of his largest accomplishments was designing, creating, and managing Wal-Mart’s first automated inventory management replenishment process for both warehouse and store inventories, controlling over $7 billion in inventory and $600 million in weekly purchasing.

As a senior partner at a senior management advisory firm, Mr. Casey worked internationally in Central and South America with retailers Siman, Ripley, and Falabella (Tottus), focusing on key merchandising operational processes.

As senior Logistics Operations and Planning manager for Dealer Tire, a top distributor in the automotive industry, Mr. Casey pioneered new import purchasing practices, managed key inventory purchasing and logistics teams, and designed and implemented key business analytical systems.

As a managing director at a global business advisory firm, Mr. Casey worked with key retail and consumer product companies. Key projects included labor planning, merchandise product life-cycle planning, and decision support enhancements.

Mr. Casey’s retail leadership and technical ability bridge store-level, executive management, information systems, buyers, distribution, and external partners, with the unique ability to strategically guide any retailer across the ever-changing retail landscape.
