Lee Mallek has fourteen years of preconstruction, construction management, site engineering, tender and site-planning experience in the United Kingdom and Caribbean.

He also has five years of experience in forensic delay analysis, providing planning support, recovery measures and claims in the Middle East; and has provided two years of delay expert support on worldwide disputes. He has observed factual and expert witnesses testifying in a large international arbitration at the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London.

Mr. Mallek is an experienced construction and planning professional who has worked in project sectors including aviation, commercial, retail, schools, laboratories, hospitals, Ministry of Defence, sports facilities, scheduled ancient monuments, civil engineering, power plants, chemical plants, manufacturing plants and utilities. He is familiar with construction methodologies and delay-analysis techniques and has considerable experience in the use of planning software.

Mr. Mallek is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Academy of Experts. He holds a BSc (honours) in building and an LLM in construction law and practice. He is completing the Bond Solon Civil Expert Witness Certificate through Cardiff University.
