Kerry Ann Sullivan is a director in BRG’s Transaction Advisory practice with the Investigative Due Diligence group.
Ms. Sullivan has more than twenty-five years of extensive business intelligence and due diligence experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate research, and background investigations. She has worked with clients in the private equity, venture capital, endowment, pension fund, hedge fund, and investment banking industries, as well as with law firms. She has experience mitigating risk for corporations by coordinating deep dive diligence into the background, track record, and ongoing activities of board members and potential independent directors.
Before joining BRG, Ms. Sullivan spent almost six years with a large consulting firm in its advisory practice leading complex deep-dive investigations for special acquisitions and IPO-enhanced due diligence matters. As a skilled client-facing manager, Ms. Sullivan led teams to support risk-based investigations for M&A transactions for middle-market private equity and venture capital firms. She has worked with large sovereign wealth clients conducting due diligence on portfolio managers; and for various law firm clients on asset-tracing investigations. Ms. Sullivan’s experience also includes working alongside other practice leaders in a one-firm go-to market approach for clients. Ms. Sullivan has been a subject-matter expert at roundtable discussions at alternative investment and chief financial officer conferences. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and 100 Women in Finance.
