Jonathan (Jon) Perry has more than twelve years of experience in forensic delay, disruption, and lost labor-productivity analyses for construction litigation and property insurance disputes.
His project experience includes power generation and distribution, process plants, transportation, shipbuilding, environmental, and mixed-use commercial and multifamily residential construction in Canada, the United States, Central America, Continental Europe, and Korea. He focuses principally on forensic schedule analysis.
Mr. Perry has conducted expert evaluations of multibillion-dollar projects and has performed analyses of construction and business interruption claims valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. In addition to his insurance and litigation-focused work, he has assisted owners and contractors in managing project risk and avoiding costly disputes.
Mr. Perry’s software skills include Primavera P6 Enterprise, Primavera Project Planner (P3), Primavera SureTrak, Microsoft Project, and Deltek Acumen. He also specializes in the use of various visual-design software to convey complex details inherent in construction dispute analysis.
