Elliot Fuhr leads the BRG Corporate Finance CFO Solutions team, driving finance-led business transformation and developing cutting-edge, holistic solutions to deliver sustainable change.

For over 25 years, he has partnered with CFOs as a trusted advisor and led finance organizations to improve business partnering, increase efficiency, minimize risk, enable technology, and prepare for, execute, and position for success following transactions.

Mr. Fuhr advises companies in developing and implementing strategy and has been instrumental in leading large-scale transformation teams to optimize finance and accounting processes, enhance financial planning and analysis, develop decision support analytics, increase capital efficiency, and support events to transformation.

Mr. Fuhr’s deep experience working with private equity sponsors and boards of directors, in addition to his understanding of the investor community and capital markets, lends him a unique perspective in advising public and private clients. His engagements have spanned a variety of industries, including chemicals, travel and hospitality, retail and consumer goods, energy, manufacturing, and industrials.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Fuhr was a senior managing director, founder, and leader of the Office of the CFO Solutions practice at a global business advisory firm. Prior to that, he was a partner at a multinational professional services network in the Financial Advisory Services group and a senior chemical engineer at a multinational oil and gas corporation.
