Before joining BRG, Ms. Debiasi was the vice president in the Investigations and Forensic Accounting division of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting group in FTI’s Ibero-America region. She was based in Miami and Brazil and worked on assignments throughout the region. Ms. Debiasi was previously vice president of Holder International, which was acquired by FTI in 2007. She was responsible for all the financial and litigation consulting assignments and served as a director of the company. She also previously held a regional position with Kroll´s Latin America region, based in Miami and Sao Paulo, where she participated in restructuring, corporate finance, due diligence, valuation, forensic accounting assignments, and complex investigations.

Before her consulting work, Ms. Debiasi conducted credit analysis of portfolios at Goldman & Sachs’ subsidiary in Brazil, which acquired large non-recoverable debt portfolios from credit card companies. She led a team to recover 70 percent of the portfolio during an 18-month period, resulting in improved profitability.
