Dave Owen is a member of BRG Corporate Finance who delivers transformative projects with the firm’s CFO Solutions team.
He focuses on leading organizations through critical changes—helping create sustainable inflection points that launch a new trajectory for teams and companies. He has fifteen years of experience working in a variety of industries and international geographies. He brings a disciplined and strategy-driven approach to project delivery.
Having initiated his career working in the automotive and manufacturing industries, Mr. Owen aims to link action to value creation. He believes transformative performance improvements should be measured by their financial and strategic impacts. Frequently, process- and IT-driven improvement initiatives fail to achieve their intended targets due to a disconnect between strategy, information, and follow-through. Mr. Owen works with his clients to build mechanisms to help translate performance into quantifiable results. He has done cutting-edge work with predictive analytics and machine learning to help organizations gain unique insight and dramatically change performance.
Mr. Owen works with both private equity sponsors and c-suite clients. He believes in working as an integrated partner with his client teams. Sample projects include improving cost performance, enhancing market/product/vendor portfolios, operating model design, and optimizing working capital.
