Chris Rudland is a director in BRG’s Global Construction practice, based in the firm’s Singapore office.
He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with over ten years of international industry experience working directly on a wide range of construction projects and on quantum expert witness commissions for large-scale disputes.
Mr. Rudland’s experience includes commercial management, contractual advice, project management, procurement, construction claims, quantifying damages, measurement, and project controls. He has worked on projects in the fields of power, commercial, pharmaceutical, logistics, residential, and government defence and has both pre- and post-contract commercial experience across these areas.
Mr. Rudland has worked alongside quantum experts on domestic and international arbitration and litigation disputes of up to USD 5 billion in value and has testified in front of an arbitral tribunal in Singapore.
