Chief financial officer of an industrial distributor platform with five separate portfolio companies. Mr. Reeves managed liquidity and covenants through two refinancings, three cost-reduction initiatives, three ERP consolidations, and four facility rationalizations. He was instrumental in the outsourcing of unprofitable product lines, the spinoff of two business units, and the completion of a strategic acquisition.
Chief restructuring officer and trustee of a road maintenance equipment company. Mr. Reeves negotiated cash collateral agreement to fund operations. He managed both the auction and sale of the company as a going concern and the estate wind-down, including claims reconciliations, plan confirmation, and creditor payouts.
Financial advisor for a billion-dollar retailer in the camera and imaging market. Mr. Reeves helped manage the reduction of corporate overhead by $40 million annually, the sale of an unprofitable division, the closure of over seven hundred retail stores, and the estate wind-down for the creditors as trustee for the estate.
