Beth Greskovich has over twenty years of experience working with hospitals and health systems.

She is involved in healthcare payment reform, leading the analytics for a statewide all-payer bundling initiative for readmissions.

Ms. Greskovich has both consulting and hands-on work experience as a hospital financial and reimbursement manager in budgeting, billing compliance, and charge master review and standardization.

Ms. Greskovich implements new information systems and charge and volume reporting, monitors rate compliance under the HSCRC regulatory system, manages APR-DRG revenue recognition, advises clients regarding HSCRC rate matters, and prepares and files Medicare and state cost reports. She has also prepared numerous benchmark comparisons of cost per DRG, cost per outpatient visit, and cost per unit, among others.
