Austin Potter has more than ten years of experience in hospital operations, finance, strategic planning, and developing ambulatory networks.

Mr. Potter is an associate director in BRG’s Portfolio Optimization practice. Before joining BRG, he was the director of Ambulatory Services at a regional health system in Connecticut. In this role, he oversaw the development of a robust ambulatory care network in which every patient had access to primary care, urgent care, basic imaging, and blood draw within ten minutes. He built his foundation in healthcare working in decision support and business intelligence, bringing years of expertise in health and data analytics. He has also served in the role of business development and strategic planning.

Since joining BRG, Mr. Potter has led large health system implementations through referral network management and patient navigation hub builds, service-line optimization, portfolio evaluation of services, and regional health system integration. He serves as the direct client executive and project director for large health system engagements.
