Anthony Poli provides expert analysis and testimony on standard of care, errors and omissions, and construction matters.
A registered architect, he has more than thirty-six years of experience in the design and construction industries. His experience includes involvement in education facilities (i.e., K–12 and college/university facilities), healthcare, governmental, commercial, retail, hospitality, and transportation projects for a variety of clients.
Mr. Poli provides litigation support services and project advisor/risk management consulting services to corporations, governmental organizations, owners, developers, contractors, insurance companies, and design firms in resolving both design- and construction-related disputes.
Mr. Poli is also a premises safety expert and maintains an active premises safety practice, including plaintiff and defense matters involving interaction with the built environment. An experienced testifier, he has been qualified as an expert in multiple court venues and has offered opinions on standard of care involving professional liability and construction issues, as well as a variety of premises issues in trial testimony, mediations, and depositions.
