Adam Mantzos has over twenty-five years of experience in economic regulation and competition matters across a wide range of industries, advising regulators, regulated companies and competitors in markets affected by regulation.
Mr. Mantzos, a managing director in BRG’s European Economic Regulation practice, has extensive experience supporting, influencing and challenging regulatory decisions on price controls, network access, cost allocation, cost modelling, Universal Service issues, excessive pricing and margin squeeze.
He regularly introduces established concepts from other sectors, having worked in the fixed and mobile telecoms, water, rail, post, gas, electricity and media industries. He has given written and oral expert evidence in both support and defence of appeals on price control matters.
