Experts from global strategic advisory and expert consulting firm Berkeley Research Group have been ranked among the top advisors across a range of areas in Who's Who Legal’s 2018 Consulting Experts (WWL) guide.

With twenty-four experts recognized by WWL in the US, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Brazil, and the UAE in quantum of damages, competition economics, construction, digital and data, and forensic investigations, BRG is a leading firm that demonstrates its global strength in these regions and disciplines. BRG is “a go-to firm for complex mandates in the quantum of damages space,” according to WWL.

In Financial Advisory and Valuation - Quantum of Damages, Richard Boulton, QC stands out as one of the most highly nominated quantum of damages experts. As the top Thought Leader for EMEA, Boulton is recognized as being a “truly outstanding practitioner and the very best” in his field. According to clients, “He brings great experience to his practice.” In the Financial Advisory and Valuation category, Boulton is also recognized as a leading corporate tax expert. Daniel Ryan stands out as “a prominent figure” in the European market and is “well known for his superb work” handling business valuations and damages quantification. David Teece is praised for his outstanding financial expertise in the economics arena. Cleve Tyler is identified among Future Leaders, along with Shireen Meer, who is “a widely respected name in applied economics relating to class actions, IP and breach of contract claims.”

In Construction – Quantum and Delay, Richard Fultineer “remains a firm favourite among market sources who admire his strong track record advising on issues in the energy, construction and utilities spaces.” Michael Kenyon “draws high praise for his outstanding expertise in construction disputes and damage analysis, areas in which he is considered a leading expert witness.” Mauricio Boynard and Jonathan Humphrey are also recognized on the list.

In Digital & Data - Digital Forensic Experts, the “fantastic” Robert DeCicco is again recognized as a Thought Leader. He is described as “a brilliant testifying expert” and “‘a real stand out’ for his expert handling of high-profile investigations.” Peggy Daley is “widely acknowledged as being at the top of her field” and is “one of the leading names in the digital forensics arena when it comes to data analytics.” Michael Bandemer is noted for his “excellent work providing testimony in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.” Michael Jelen is also recognized, and Kevin Hamilton appears among the Future Leaders.

In Investigations - Forensic Accountants, Ben Johnson is recognized as a leading forensic accountant and listed among the Thought Leaders for EMEA: “He impresses peers with his extensive investigative experience and ‘is very diligent and professional in the work that he does.’" Mustafa Hadi receives “international endorsements for his superb forensic practice and vast experience in technical commercial investigations.” Richard Boulton and David Saunders are also recognized in the list.
