Robin Cantor was co-chair, provided opening remarks, and took part in a panel on "Healthcare Class Actions."

Daniel Chai took part in a panel on "Class Action Financing" and discussed topics including underwriting guidelines and long-term commitments for lawyers and firms.

Peggy Daley led a discussion on "TCPA Litigation," including protecting consumers from telemarketers, pre-recorded calls, and restricting telemarketers from calling those on the do-not-call registry.

Jeffrey Klenk took part in a panel on "Class Certification Update," including the significance of Rule 23 (a and b) and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and provided closing remarks.

David Kaplan discussed "Two-Sided Arguments," involving consumer right to sue and distributed smartness, where technology and innovation meet indirect purchasers.
