The extended quarantine in Argentina due to COVID-19 has brought new challenges to companies regarding fraud control, in addition to the conventional ones. Before the pandemic, it was easier to control work performance with many employees gathered in the same workplace. However, current restrictions have forced us to rethink these processes. The friction between the new forms of security controls and the transition of tasks from the office to home requires employees to modify their productive capacities. To prevent potential fraud between employees and third parties, a new need has arisen to strengthen the security controls in terms of employee information.
