PE-backed Applied Composites Acquires San Diego Composites

Applied Composites, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners LP, has acquired San Diego Composites, a composites supplier. Berkeley Research Group served as financial adviser to AEI on the transaction.

BRG professionals provided financial due diligence in support of AEI. Ron Evans, Dan Galante, Vernon Calder, and Ernesto De la Fe were involved.
