Misonix Enters Into Agreement to Acquire Regenerative Medical Company Solsys Medical

Misonix, Inc., a provider of minimally invasive therapeutic ultrasonic medical devices that enhance clinical outcomes, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Solsys Medical, LLC, a privately held regenerative medical company, to acquire Solsys in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $97 million.

BRG Valuation Services provided a fairness opinion to the board of directors of Misonix in connection with the proposed transaction.
