Laura Dorman Named to ACC and State Bar of California Posts

Laura Dorman has been named chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Financial Services Committee for the 2014-2015 term. The committee has 2,300 members.

Ms. Dorman has also assumed the position of vice chair of the State Bar of California Business Law Section‘s Financial Institutions Committee.
