Former LumiNational Professionals Join BRG Corporate Finance Practice

BRG welcomes three individuals formerly associated with LumiNational. George Koutouras, Lindsey Dowling and Sarah Kutikov will further expand BRG’s corporate finance and transaction advisory service areas with their experience in transaction tax.
