Fed Objects to Two Capital Plans in Review; Requires Third Bank to Address Weakness

Ozgur Kan discusses the Federal Reserve’s objections to the capital plans of two large banks as part of an annual review meant to test major lenders’ ability to deal with harsh economic conditions. "These institutions were known to have procedural deficiencies and they have not been able to remedy all of them to satisfy the Fed’s requirements," he said.
