BRG Special Advisor Robert Rogowsky Recognized as a Top Economist and Anti-Dumping Consultant by WWL Trade and Customs

BRG is pleased to announce that Robert Rogowsky has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal in its Trade and Customs – Economists and Anti-Dumping Consultants list.

Rogowsky has been named one of 37 professionals globally who are “highly recommended for their excellent work advising clients on trade policy, anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings and related litigation.”

“This is a noteworthy achievement and reflects BRG’s growing strength in this important area,” said BRG Chairman and Principal Executive Officer David J. Teece.

Rogowsky provides expert testimony on topics related to international trade, including safeguards, trade remedies and Section 337 issues (such as domestic industry, public interest and remedies). He previously served as chief economist of the International Trade Commission and is currently the program chair of the International Trade and Economic Diplomacy program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
