BRG Capstone Recognized at M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards

At the M&A Advisor’s Tenth Annual Turnaround Awards, BRG Capstone was recognized for the restructuring of Reichhold Holdings US, which was presented with awards for “Industrial Manufacturing and Distribution Deal of the Year” (over $100 million to $500 million) and “Sec. 363 Sale of the Year” (over $100 million to $250 million). David Galfus worked on the project.
