BRG Capstone Ranked No. 3 in The Deal's Q2 2015 List of Top Crisis Management Firms

BRG Capstone was ranked third on the list of Top Crisis Management Firms, by volume, in The Deal’s bankruptcy league tables for Q2 2015. Managing Director Christopher Kearns was ranked fifth in The Deal’s Q2 list of Top Crisis Management Professionals.

The Deal’s bankruptcy league tables consider active U.S. bankruptcy cases with debtors having liabilities of $10 million or more. Rankings are based on the aggregation of those asset values. The Deal ranks the top investment banks, law firms, crisis management firms, and non-investment banks, as well as the respective professionals, by the volume of liabilities of bankruptcy deals advised for that quarter. During the second quarter of 2015, BRG Capstone experts advised on 24 active bankruptcy cases, with total liabilities of $186.7 billion. Mr. Kearns led nine of those cases, with total liabilities of $101.6 billion. The Deal consistently ranked Capstone Advisory Group, whose principals joined Berkeley Research Group on June 1, 2015, as one of the “Top Three” crisis management firms by volume every quarter since June 2011 (17 consecutive quarterly rankings).
