BRG Bolsters APAC Construction Capabilities with Delay Expert Hire in Singapore
BRG today announces the hire of Andrei Soltan as a director in its Singapore office and Global Construction practice. An expert in matters of delay and programming, Soltan has experience across the disputes spectrum. He has both been appointed as an expert and testified on several occasions (International Chamber of Commerce and Dispute Adjudication Board). He has worked on projects across the globe with values of up to $1.3 billion and disputed values in excess of $400 million. His experience spans the infrastructure, power, industrial and manufacturing, real estate, utilities, transportation and technology sectors.
A native Romanian, Soltan is recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader in its Arbitration Expert Witnesses, Construction Expert Witnesses and Construction Experts: Quantum, Delay & Technical directories. He is described as “a standout name” who is “a very knowledgeable and communicative expert witness” and “is exceptionally good at dealing with the opposing legal Counsel’s line of questioning.” He is a member of The Academy of Experts, the Society of Construction Law and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering. He regularly publishes thought leadership on contemporary issues in construction law and disputes.
