Walter Mix was on the panel “Dodd-Frank: Its Aftermath and Lots of Moving Parts” at the REAL Symposium, a multidisciplinary collaboration of the State Bar Real Property Law Section and Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE). He discussed the ways in which the altered playing field under Dodd-Frank will impact the real estate industry.
Fellow panelists included Maureen A. Young, a partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP; and Kenneth E. Scott, the Ralph M. Parsons professor of Law and Business (emeritus) and senior research fellow, Hoover Institution (emeritus) at Stanford University.
