Oil and Gas Contracts During and Post-COVID-19

The relationship between oil and gas producers and their customers is going through the biggest change in a generation. 

Chris Goncalves participated in a panel discussion hosted by Petroleum Economist, in association with King & Spalding, to explore the impacts of COVID-19 on existing contracts and the negotiation of new contracts in this new era. Panelists discussed the most immediate issues, considering when the new circumstances may justify triggering a break or suspension of existing legal arrangements.
