Latina Leadership Academy Luncheon

This regional Latina Leadership Academy buildt off the HNBA national Latina Leadership Academy program on “Grit and Growth Mindset,” delving into concepts of executive presence, leadership skills, and what it means to be authentic in organizations where Latinas remain underrepresented. Through interactive presentations, attendees were shown skills to manage difficult conversations; negotiate on key issues such as compensation and promotion decisions; create opportunities for growth and career development; and effectively navigate stereotypes, attitudes, and behaviors that create barriers to Latina attorneys’ advancement.
