Japan Intellectual Property Association Mock Trial

Deepa Sundararaman and Cleve Tyler participated in a mock trial as damages experts estimating reasonable royalties in a patent infringement suit. The audience consisted of Japanese attorneys participating in an extensive program that takes place in Japan and the US over many months.
