Kristen Geissler and Joni Dion presented “The Impact of Clinical Documentation on Publicly Reported Quality Measures.” They identified sources in the public domain reporting quality measures, reviewed the role of documentation and coding in the outcomes of public reporting, and discussed strategies in workflow to achieve appropriate outcomes.
