The Society of Construction Law North America (SCL NA) co-hosted a virtual panel discussion composed of arbitrators, practitioners, and experts to provide insights as to what works well and what to avoid. With well over eighteen months of experience with COVID’s impact on international and domestic arbitrations, panelists shared observations and practical tips regarding cases and how to effectively integrate rules, technology, advocacy skills, and innovative ways to present evidence and participate virtually in this new era for international and domestic arbitrations.
