Chief Legal Officer Regulatory Roundtable

Laura Dorman co-chaired the event and served as co-moderator. The CLO Roundtables allow for conversation with federal government regulatory agencies on items of mutual importance in a Chatham House Rules style format. The discussion provided a forum to talk directly with the regulatory agencies about the regulatory environment in Southern California and gain their perspective on emerging enforcement trends, regulatory changes, and Department of Justice and Securities Exchange Commission investigations.
