Anti-Corruption Laws and Construction Bidding Practices in the Americas: An International Perspective
The Society of Construction Law North America (SCL NA) hosted this event, which included discussion on anti-corruption sentiment in Latin America and the appointments of new political leaders in Mexico and Brazil. Panelists discussed anti-corruption laws in Mexico, Brazil, and the United States, respectively, with an emphasis on bidding practices for public construction projects.
