On November 18, Brian Hoyt took part in a panel on “Surprise Bills: When Will This Issue Be Solved?” Panelists discussed surprise billing legislation at both the federal and state levels, and the impact of COVID-19 and other special interests.

Also on November 18, Alex Oliphant took part in the panel “Risk Adjustment Litigation and FCA Claims.” Panelists discussed False Claims Act actions related to data submissions and payments associated with Medicare Risk Adjustment, the mechanics of Medicare Risk Adjustment, and recent trends in litigation.
