ABA Forum on the Construction Industry Trial Academy

Ben Nolan served as an expert in this three-day intensive trial skills training program that used two dispute scenarios to teach skills needed to successfully try a construction dispute. The faculty was made up of experienced construction litigators who have tried construction cases in courts and before arbitration panels in jurisdictions throughout the country.
