Anamaria Popescu took part in the panel “Constructive Acceleration” at the Biennial Conference on Construction Projects from Conception to Completion. The conference hosted panels from 40 countries around the world.

It is often difficult to pursue a claim successfully for the costs of accelerating because an extension of time has not been granted that should have been. What are the challenges, and how best are they overcome? The delay and disruption expert panel provided a list of recommendations for discussion with delegates.
