The CPE records retention policy will be administered by BRG’s Career Management Department.

If the registrant provides less than 15 days’ notice of his/her intent to cancel, no refund will be available. A registrant may substitute another participant for his/her registration free of charge.

Course Update Policy

Desired learning objectives, course content and instructional methods are discussed with every client as part of the engagement acceptance process. Appropriate tailoring is made to both materials and planned discussion topics prior to the event to ensure that client objectives are reasonably met.
In addition, course offerings are reviewed each time course content is developed for an event. On a periodic basis, subject matter experts review existing course content to ensure that the content is current and consistent with technical standards and actual field practice.
