  • A BRG team member was a part of a project focused on improving the performance and overall availability of the downstream part of an integrated oil company. The project scope included assessment, planning, and implementation of solutions to optimize turnaround management capability. Improvements in turnaround management aimed to provide sustainable cost, duration, availability, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) results. The project increased availability by 4.5 percent and reduced turnaround duration by 40 percent and cost by 50 percent.
