- Served as an expert witness in cases on behalf of a for-profit university in litigation where the U.S. Department of Education challenged the school’s compensation practices for its enrollment counselors.
- Retained by a for-profit technical institute to provide expert advice on U.S. Department of Education challenges of its compensation practices for its enrollment counselors and financial aid advisors.
- Led investigation on behalf of the University of Illinois into claims that the university president’s chief of staff allegedly sent anonymous emails to the faculty senate, falsely claiming to be a member of the senate and criticizing the senate for failing to endorse the president’s initiatives. The chief of staff claimed her email was “hacked.”
