Kristen Oats has over eight years of experience and has held numerous consulting and corporate finance roles focused on financial planning and analysis, performance improvement, CFO solutions, and finance transformation.
Ms. Oats was previously a director at a global business advisory firm in the Office of the CFO Solutions, where she led process improvement and finance transformation projects in the travel and leisure, pharmaceutical, and retail industries.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Oats was a Finance Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at GE in the oil and gas business. She completed and applied Lean Six Sigma methodology training to mentor Green Belts, lead action workouts, and successfully complete process improvement and business-wide projects at a headquarters level across various functions, with a focus on finance.
Ms. Oats also previously completed the Financial Management Program (FMP) in GE Capital, with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles in Energy Financial Services and the Commercial Finance product lines. After graduating from FMP, she became the FP&A income statement analyst in GE’s $5 billion Measurement and Control business within Oil and Gas, with a focus on base cost.
Ms. Oats holds a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross, where she graduated as a chemistry major with a pre-medical concentration.
