Kenneth Serwin provides expertise in intellectual property, financial economics, and other complex commercial litigation. He has also performed business and patent valuations and facilitated patent licensing negotiations. He frequently lectures on matters relating to intellectual property, including patent reform, lost profits and reasonable royalty determinations, and patent valuation.
