John Sullivan



John Sullivan has over 20 years of experience in litigation and economic consulting. Dr. Sullivan has advised clients involved in antitrust, intellectual property, and commercial litigation matters in a wide variety of industries, including aggregates, automobiles, aviation, building materials, cellular technology, chemicals, grain transportation, microprocessors, and plastics additives.

Dr. Sullivan has designed and managed projects in support of expert testimony relating to lost profits, reasonable royalties, and class certification. He has advised clients in antitrust litigation matters involving claims of attempted monopolization, exclusionary conduct, tying, and unlawful leveraging of patent rights. He has also analyzed market definition, competitor conduct, and competitive effects in numerous mergers and acquisitions.

Dr. Sullivan has provided consulting expertise to law firms and corporate counsel regarding case development and strategy, discovery issues, deposition preparation, damages exposure, expert witness selection, and settlement evaluation.

He holds a doctorate in economics from George Mason University with a specialization in industrial organization, and his work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed academic journals.
