John Kelliher has twenty years of healthcare policy experience, including four years as chief counsel of the Committee on Ways and Means of the US House of Representatives.

During his tenure at the committee, he participated in the drafting an enactment of the Medicare prescription drug benefit. He was also involved with the passage of major tax legislation in 2001 and 2003. He served as a congressional staff member for nine years and has since worked for fifteen years as a healthcare policy consultant. He has deep transactional diligence expertise, having advised institutional investors on more than 1,500 acquisitions in the healthcare sector.

Mr. Kelliher also served as an active-duty Army officer for four years.
