Dennis Jasinski has over 28 years of experience as a construction scheduling, delay, and damage claims expert. He has worked with owners, contractors, sureties, subcontractors, vendors, and attorneys to prepare, defend, and provide expert witness testimony for construction claims.
Mr. Jasinski’s experience includes providing construction claims review on both public and private construction projects. He is experienced in heavy civil (bridge, road, tunnels, water/wastewater treatment plants), commercial, industrial, educational, residential, airport, correctional, healthcare, federal, power, wind farms, and other project types.
His expertise includes analysis of contracts and project controls documents including: CPM schedules, project records, cost reports, change orders, payment requisitions, labor, quantity, and material estimates. He has developed and prepared forensic analysis of CPM schedules and has developed change orders, time extension requests, and claims. He has prepared demonstrative graphics, produced time and labor productivity studies, and issued expert reports.
Mr. Jasinski has testified in depositions, arbitrations, and local, state, and federal courts. He has presented findings and worked to resolve cases in mediation hearings.
Mr. Jasinski has provided construction management consulting services for public and private construction projects for both owners and sureties. He has evaluated physical and earned value status of work, schedule status, status of receivables, payables, change orders, vendor payments, and deliveries. He has prepared bid documents, estimates, construction contracts, and construction schedules, as well as let and awarded construction contracts.
