Adam Malpocher is a member of BRG’s Corporate Finance practice who specializes in performance improvement and restructuring initiatives. He has significant experience in advising investors, boards of directors, and executives on identifying strategic growth opportunities, selling underperforming assets, turnaround and restructuring initiatives, SG&A optimization, and developing long-range business plans and key capabilities to succeed. He has also served as interim management in both finance and operational roles for companies that range in sales from $100 million to $6 billion in the United States and Europe.
Mr. Malpocher is highly experienced in analyzing and implementing strategic and operational change through detailed financial and operational analyses, while collaborating closely with management and other stakeholders. He has led strategic due diligence efforts on behalf of private equity investors, financial restructurings, and recapitalizations.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Malpocher worked for a major global consulting firm, where he helped lead many of the firm’s largest performance improvement and restructuring initiatives.
Prior to consulting, Mr. Malpocher was a senior director with Devonshire Investors, the private equity arm of Fidelity Investments. He led M&A activities and worked with portfolio companies to achieve their investment theses. In his last role at Devonshire, he led the building supply platform and advised the board on industry trends, acquisition opportunities, strategic planning, and overall business performance.
