David Phillips recently provided testimony before the Texas State Senate Committee on Business and Commerce on three cyber security bills proposed by the Senate to tighten reporting of security incidences, holding agency executives accountable for cyber threats (SB 35), launching a study for multifactor authentication (SB 1878), and requiring state employees to sign a data usage policy (SB 1877).
