BRG UK Adds Established International Financial Services Practice
Berkeley Research Group has significantly increased its financial services advisory capabilities with the addition of an established financial services practice based in the firm's London office.
Together with its affiliate and associate network, the International Financial Services team can deploy more than 500 experienced consultants to support its international client base. The team advises banking, insurance, and investment management clients in driving market innovation and transformation, and in dealing with governance, risk and regulation, and strategic human capital matters.
"The financial services sector is facing unprecedented regulatory, competitive, and business-model pressure," said BRG UK Chairman Richard Boulton QC. "This practice will enhance our ability to advise our clients by expanding both our skill base and our geographical coverage. Our new colleagues perfectly complement our existing valuations, investigations, and disputes capabilities within financial services."
BRG Managing Director Ray Nulty, who heads the new team, said, "We are committed to advising clients through expertise, innovation, and thought leadership. Our business supports companies entering a market, those challenged by traditional models wishing to innovate and transform, and FinTech firms that enable transformation of financial services business and operating paradigms. In joining Berkeley Research Group, we see great opportunities for synergy and growth."
