Berkeley Research Group and the Institute of Operational Risk co-hosted an executive briefing that focused on the most critical aspects of conduct, risk culture and the impact of regulation on financial services. The event was attended by chief executive officers and Risk and Compliance leaders from Dublin's banking, general insurance, and life and pensions sectors. 

Tony Moroney provided introductory remarks and introduced BRG and its credentials. Ray Nulty spoke on “How Regulation Is Shaping the Future of Financial Services” and provided closing remarks. Roger Miles discussed “Conduct and Behavioural Risk in Financial Services.” Alan Kelly led a panel discussion and Q&A session.
