On October 15, Andres Alva participated in the panel “Batman vs. Superman: Experts and the Battles They Fight; Supporting Role: The Judge/Arbitrator.” BRG was a sponsor of this event.
The seminar addressed issues that make construction disputes stand out in the average court or arbitration case. Panel topics provided insights on the causes of many fights between principals and contractors, procedural specifics, and the role of individual protagonists in construction disputes.
