The Associate Role

You will join as an associate. This position requires a highly motivated problem solver with strong analytical ability and a desire to advance within the organization. The work of an associate can be either qualitative or quantitative in nature, and projects range from subject-matter research and data collection to the preparation of statistical, financial, and other forms of analysis. You will work on complex assignments across a spectrum of industries, moving amongst our various practices, which include:
- Expert Witness and Litigation Services in Commercial Disputes and International Arbitration
- Financial Services and Business Valuation
- Economic Consulting, Regulation, and Business Strategy
- Competition Policy and Antitrust
- Intellectual Property Advice and Valuation
- Forensic Accounting and Investigation
- Restructuring and Debt Advisory
- Construction Claims and Advisory
- Complex Financial Instruments Analysis
From working with market-leading experts testifying in international litigation to being an integral team member consulting on large-scale projects, you will combine intellectual rigour with developing practical, real-world experience to gain in-depth insight into how businesses, industries, and markets operate.
You will be supported in studying for either the ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a highly respected chartered accountancy qualification; or the CFA, an internationally respected and recognised investment analysis designation.

What We Look For
The ability to think through complex issues and present logical analysis in a clear, concise manner is vital to the services we provide to clients. Additionally we often work in small, focused teams, and teamwork is essential.
We highly value a record of outstanding academic achievement in candidates at a graduate level and require a first- or upper second-class honours degree or equivalent in your university qualification, and high achievement at A-levels (360 UCAS points) and GCSEs (grade A in Maths and English), or equivalent. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate:
